Refunds

User accounts are funded on a pay-as-you-go basis and so Archivst will happily return funds to you upon request, minus any account usage and 3rd party processing fees.

Funds on your account are required upfront to pay for the costs your data will occur. If you wish to have the money refunded, the amount you have paid will be returned minus any costs your account has created, these fees will be detailed to you when requested. The following are the expected fees:

  • Monthly fee storing any archived data.
  • Any initial commitment to storing any data for the first 3 months.
  • Any additional cost of restoring data back online.
  • Payment processing fees of 3rd parties, e.g. Paypal.
  • Any fees occured through misuse of the system.

Archivst will make every effort to be honest and transparent when handling refunds, these fees are passed on to you from the cloud storage services we intermediate.

While it may not be possible to review refunds on a case by case basis any mistakes by the system will be urgently reviewed.
