Restores

Hydration (cold storage)

For cloud archives, older data may be in cold storage. Start a rehydration request and wait until ready before copying.

1. Open the Restore tab.
2. Select the cloud folder and a point in time (optional).
3. Submit and enter the emailed confirmation code.
4. Poll status until “Ready”.
5. Copy files to your chosen destination.

Local and FTP restores

For local/FTP, copying starts immediately if the source is available. Provide passwords where required.
